Hi, slightly off topic but can anybody able to inform me if they are getting a 403 message when they first come to this websites default page?

We have initially ignored your comment as we asked our numerous user to verify your claim but they returned saying they don't get the error message you mentioned. But keeping quite would look rude hence we have taken some good time to be sure of what we are about to answer you.
